We have two therapists that can deal effectively with sports injuries, Robert our Physiotherapist or Gemma our Sports Therapist . We use a variety of techniques from ultrasound and hand-on treatment to muscle stimulation and strapping to speed up your body’s natural healing process.
Once the healing is well on the way we can facilitate your rehabilitation and increase your strength and flexibility. Using Gemma’s background as a personal trainer she will work up a plan to get you back to your chosen sport or performance.
